Enrolment

An open afternoon is held for new and prospective pupils and their parents in Spring. Parents are welcome to visit all classrooms and see the happy learning environment of Cloughduv N.S. This initial open afternoon is followed by a visit in May or June for the incoming infant class to familiarise themselves with their new school environment. Information will be available on the day.

Application and Decision Dates for admission to 2026/2027
The following are the dates applicable for admission to Junior Infants
The school will commence accepting applications for admission on October 1st 2025
The school shall cease accepting applications for admission on February 1st 2026
The date by which applicants will be notified of the decision on their application is March 2nd 2026
The period within which applicants must confirm acceptance of an offer of admission is by March 18th 2026

Note: Failure to accept an offer within the prescribed period above may result in the offer being withdrawn

Note: The school will consider and issue decisions on late applications in accordance with the school's admission policy.
